We had our wedding reception with Pyra this August. The staff did a wonderful job, and we left very happy with the whole night. The loft area was well decorated before our arrival. Everything was on time and well presented. The staff made sure the night went smoothly, and were great at communicating with us when necessary! The food was excellent with loads of variety, and plenty to eat! Drinks were great, and overall atmosphere was lovely. It also happens to be on a very charming street. We had some great pictures in and around the venue.

My fiancée and I held our engagement party in Pyrá’s upstairs space at the end of August. I can’t recommend Pyrá enough as a venue. Management were communicative and helpful in the run-up to the event, and there was plenty of flexibility on how split up the deposit between canapés and bar tab. The space itself is gorgeous: plenty of furnished nooks for people to sit down, tables for canapés, a broad central area for dancing and mingling, and a well-stocked bar at the back. I was slightly concerned it might get a bit hot with around 100 attendees, but actually the massive casement windows kept us cool most of the night. Special shout-out to Jaime, who brought a great energy towards the end of the night. If you are looking to hold a higher-budget event for a special occasion, Pyrá would be an excellent choice.
