Stopped by Pure near Leadenhall Market for a quick bite. The space itself it’s oooook, in my visit it was a bit full. The salad was alright — nothing particularly memorable, but it does the job. Service could’ve been a bit warmer, especially by London standards, but overall it’s a decent little stop if you’re nearby and in need of something quick and easy. Not a destination, but not a disaster either.
