I am visiting this location few times a week for years now. Staff is nice, they usually make a little chat. It’s usually very busy so they are doing a great job in my opinion, it’s not easy working in customer service. The food is always very tasty. I tried some iced drinks and coffees and I always enjoy it. Staff is working very hard. Even tho I don’t eat meat only fish I have many options for myself to choose from. I really want to try this new salad they introduced. Yes pret is a bit pricey but where is not pricey those days.. Sometimes when they are short of staff the queue might get long or shop could look more clean but let’s be understanding! 🙂 Great job guys👏🏽😎
