Tried the new Shawarma Chicken Super Plate. So so tasty, so many aspects, and was filling! I would definitely get again for lunch, the other plate variations looked really nice too.

The staff are unfailingly professional and kind, and the store is always spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciate how well-stocked the fridges are with fresh food and pastries. The baristas provide fast and efficient service, and the supervisor remains remarkably attentive, even during late Sunday shifts. This truly stands out as one of the best Pret locations I've ever visited. However, I also need to bring a concerning incident to your attention. Today, another customer and I witnessed both staff member on shift being verbally harassed by an aggressive individual who appeared to be in a distressed state. It was clear that this incident caused significant stress to your team. I believe it's crucial for management to be aware of the challenges your staff face, particularly when dealing with difficult customers. They work incredibly hard, and their well-being is paramount. I respectfully urge you to ensure your team receives the support and protection they deserve, especially given the emotional toll such interactions can take.
