I had a fantastic experience at the Pret A Manger on Staines High Street, thanks to the exceptional service from Simran. Despite it being an incredibly busy period, she handled everything single-handedly with incredible efficiency and grace. Her calm demeanor, warm smile, and professionalism created a genuinely pleasant atmosphere, even under pressure. It’s not often you see someone manage such a high volume of customers so effortlessly while still making each person feel valued. Simran truly made my visit memorable—an absolute credit to the team!
