I usually enjoy my visits to Pret at Elephant & Castle most team members are kind and professional. However, there’s one woman (blonde, not in uniform or wearing a badge, possibly a manager) who is consistently unfriendly. This Sunday around 10am, she was quite cold with me when I ordered a coffee, and shortly after, she responded rudely to another customer asking for a dry flat white. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh, creating an awkward atmosphere for both customers and staff. I believe good service includes basic kindness. It’s disappointing to be treated with such attitude, especially when the rest of the team is usually great.
