My favourite pret, I go nearly everyday. Staff is super nice and friendly, coffee always great and everything is always fresh and clean.

Visited this branch on my way to work Tuesday morning around 8.45am and about 4 or 5 other customers came in after me , but received thier order before me which I thought was odd, even though I only ordered a simple strong caramel latte, one of the colleagues abruptly asked me what I was waiting for so repeated my order, she replied with its here but sounded like she said a different drink , I clarified it was my order, to which she replied 'well thats what I said' . The drink was warm by the time i got it, as well as feeling discriminated as others were getting thier orders before me which actually made me late for work , I have never experienced bad customer service in this branch before so was disappointed with the attitude and abruptness of the colleague in question , I will go to Nero or Costa in future where the staff are more polite , speaking as a branch manager my self , I understand good customer service goes a long way

Disgusting. Slow staff. No means of washing hands - no sanitiser or bathroom. Staff that laugh at you when you ask. Filthy. Avoid.
