I ordered an oat matcha latte with vanilla. To my surprise, the matcha appeared to come from single-serve reusable bags, which already raised concerns about quality. The first drink I received was poorly prepared: the matcha wasn’t stirred properly, leaving large clumps throughout, especially at the bottom (photo attached). When I politely asked for a replacement, the response from the staff member (black curly hair) was less than professional. She seemed visibly annoyed, made no effort to apologize, and simply told me to “stand aside” while making another one. The second drink was even worse. It tasted completely off — instead of oat milk, it was made with coconut water (to which I am allergic), and the vanilla flavor was overpowering. Needless to say, I couldn’t drink it either. Wasted 5£. I genuinely expected better service and product quality. This experience was disappointing on multiple levels — both in preparation and customer service. I won’t be ordering matcha at your store again.
