I meet Jagoda here and her customer service in 1 in the million employees. She was kind and treat all of us today with respect. I can see in her a great Lider if anybody up top will consider or a manager store maeby. It’s everything you can ever ask possible for customer services. Her manners was excellent and perfect. Thank again Jagoda for everything

Friendly staff and excellent service as always. The service is much better here compared to Starbucks which is opposite the cafe.

Today I had a coffee and accidentally dropped it, staining the floor and a piece of furniture. I immediately apologized. The clerk smiled and gave me another coffee without making me pay for it. I wasn't expecting something like this, incredibly kind people. If I'm hungry for a coffee I'll only go to Pret a Manager. Thank you so much
