Highly recommend this Pret for the service and kindness of the staff, especially Alex. In a recent visit, it was busy, and in error I picked up the wrong coffee and it was too late to swap with the other guy's (he was fine, very polite). I went to the counter and spoke to Alex and explained. He made me a completely fresh one totally free even though I kept saying it was my mistake. He brought it to where I was sitting and even gave me a small cereal bar. Wow, what a delightful shock that all was. A simple act of human kindness goes a very long way, and to be honest, all the team there are kind and polite and considerate. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
