When you’re not frequently in London it can be a shock to remember that people here value their space and time, so it’s easy to interpret some people’s attitudes as unfriendly. I just happened to stop in at this Pret very briefly while waiting for an appointment nearby, and I found all the staff to be both efficient AND very friendly and patient. I have peculiar dietary needs that I know can be irritating for some people to accommodate. When I asked for the ingredients for something I wanted to order the staff immediately got them for me without making me feel awkward or burdensome. (FTR their Mango Sunrise is all natural ingredients with no artificial or added sweeteners, and is beautifully refreshing on a hot summer day!) They served me quickly and with all smiles. The shop including outside tables was all clean and well stocked. Overall this was a really pleasant little stop and made the middle of a busy day very relaxing!

I want to express my gratitude for this beautiful shop and their wonderful team. The new manager that just joined is very hardworking and polite. Also, super well done to Sinnita, Nursel and Nicoleta - always making me smile and feel valued. I have been a customer for 23 years in the same shop! I have passed many amazing managers - Safia, Anas, Ekaterina are my personal favourites.

I love this pret. I always stop by in the morning to get my oat hot chocolate, and staff JACKIE is literally so sweet, positive, kind, and supportive! ❤️ I’ve always received a very welcoming service by her and she deserves the best. Will recommend this brand to my network! ⭐️
