I used to work for Pret, so I know the ins and outs. Visiting this shop today reminded me of why I always loved the Pret culture. The shop was spotless, and the manager was incredibly hands-on. Beyond the exceptional customer service and mostly customer experience I had today, I admired how genuinely passionate and proud he was of both the shop and his team. Before I even mentioned my Pret background, I was surprised with a brownie on the house—such a simple but meaningful act of kindness. It showed me that the culture of care and generosity hasn’t changed all these years. This visit was a fantastic example of how a manager should lead by example. I truly miss my Pret journey sometimes, and today brought all those good memories back. Thank you for the experience, Sai 🙏🏻

A lovely place to have a coffee after a long day. My only reason given the 3 stars is that I arrived 17:25 and ordered my hot drink. As I was ordering the lady making the hot drinks told the guy taking orders that it’s enough as not to take more orders (maybe the manager as she was the one wearing the white shirt). Behind me there was another lady who ordered a hot drink, a warm snack and fruit…. The guy told her “we’re closing soon so you have to be finished by then”….we looked at each other puzzled as it was 17:29 so technically still 30 minutes to closing time. She replied: don’t worry I will long gone! As I was seated having my drink I saw the poor lady eating as fast as she could. The staff were sweeping around us and after they started moping. I just don’t understand why a company so big can’t pay extra time for the staff to clean after closing so that the customers can have a more pleasant time while they are inside.
