Elizabeth is consistently incredible at keeping on top of every visit, she’s been a serious star of Pret and the reason I keep stopping by. She’s always very friendly and looks after myself and anyone I bring into the business

I love pret. I use Hammersmith (both the Pret’s) Earl’s Court Gloucester Road & Fulham Broadway / they have the best staff really pleasant they remember my drink I was served by a beautiful kind smiling lady at Fulham Broadway this week, her name is Elizabeth. She remembered my drink & also told me I had a pret perk so I got a snack for free. I’m particularly grateful cos the store was about to close but the manager let me in & Elizabeth didn’t seem put out that I was delaying her. I want to thank the beautiful lady manager whose name badge I didn’t see but she had a badge saying ‘be kind’ & she lives this kindness, I also want to thank Elizabeth for making my drink with a smile despite me getting there a minute after the store was to close.
