The food was, as always, excellent — no complaints there. However, the experience was let down by one particular server whose behaviour was unexpectedly unwelcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were met with judgmental looks, no tray or napkins were provided, and there was a noticeable lack of basic courtesy. Moreover, when asked for a tissue, been told they are NOT allowed to give. Sounds like employees being threatened by giving tissues away. Fix that behaviour please. What stood out most was the uncomfortable feeling of being watched and seemingly discussed by the server and his colleagues after we sat down. Non-verbal interactions matter, and this silent but pointed behaviour made us feel incredibly unwelcome. The server in question had short brown hair, quiet tall and wore a headband. It’s disappointing when great food is overshadowed by poor customer service. Hopefully, more training can be offered on delivering respectful and inclusive hospitality.

No wall sockets and obnoxious loud music. It's a caffe, not a night bar!
