I visited Pret @ Aldgate, today (19/07/25), and was served by the delightful Fariah A. I bought an Americano, and a berry bowl. I’d asked for a receipt, but the printer wasn’t working. No big deal. However, about a minute later, Fariah came to where I was sitting, with a complimentary pain au raisin for my “inconvenience”. There was never an inconvenience, but such a lovely gesture is the height of customer relations. Fariah was a pleasure to be served by, and Pret are very lucky to have her. She was just lovely. 😉
