Holy moly this place is the absolute best. Sorry, sorry, but I literally cannot contain my excitement about this place. In an unassuming food truck minipod under the DLR in Shadwell/Wapping/Aldgate, you can eat literally the best sandwiches ever. Ordering a chicken or beef sandwich opens up a portal to a world of intense and delicious flavors, each blending together perfectly. The meat, grilled and seasoned to perfection, is placed in a hand-toasted fresh cibatta roll. Coat the cibatta with garlic aioli, add some siracha mayo as well as lettuce and tomato, and you've got heaven in a sandwich. Not to mention the service, which is just extraordinary. The people there are extremely nice and polite, they ask about your day, and literally the second time I've been there, the man taking the order remembered what I had ordered a week before...and that guy wasn't even taking orders a week before, he was cooking! COME TO POP SKEWER!!! I promise that you won't regret it.
