Worst Experience Ever – Ignoring Food Allergy I told the staff I am allergic to mushrooms when ordering a 9” Veggie Supreme pizza. Despite this, they still added mushrooms. When I pointed it out, the male staff member on the till in the evening of 15th August said they “cannot remove them” because they “don’t have the material” and then simply moved on to take another order, ignoring me completely. This is unacceptable and dangerous — food allergies are serious and can be life-threatening. Because of this negligence and lack of basic customer care, I had to throw the pizza straight in the bin. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at Pizza Hut.
