The broth is so delicious. It is clear but rich in flavor. Garlic pickle goes so perfect with the pho & soup in one big mouthful. Adding the lime juice to the soup brings more different levels on the dish. A sip of hot broth made me feel very smooth and comfortable especially I walked in windy and showery London that afternoon. I don't want to waste a drop so I emptied the bowl. Highly recommended.
