Paulette is the hidden gem in London. Luckily I live next to it. The food is beyond fantastic, quality of the ingredients used competes with top restaurants worldwide. The Dover sole is amazing. The staff and very welcoming and nice they make every customer feel like he is the most important customer to them. I also love their interior is beautiful and full of warm details. If you are in London Paulette is a must visit.
