The food was refined and delicious. Steak was a standout for me, as well as the wine. Service was also attentive and friendly. We were in the garden, which is perfect for date night.

Patron Restaurant — Parisian Charm in the Heart of NW5 A hidden gem that brings a slice of Paris to Kentish Town. Patron is warm, romantic, and effortlessly stylish — perfect for date nights, small celebrations, or just a glass of wine with flair. Food & Drink: Classic French dishes with modern touches — duck confit, steak tartare, garlic snails, and deep-fried dauphinois with sriracha mayo. The chocolate mousse is rich and unapologetically indulgent. Great wine list and boutique cocktails, especially during happy hour (4–6pm daily). Atmosphere: Intimate bistro tables, candlelight, and a 1920s spirit lounge that feels like a scene from a French film. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, though it can get busy — best to book ahead. Extras: Lovely outdoor terrace, private dining options, and event spaces for birthdays or weddings. They even offer oyster bars and champagne towers for special occasions. Verdict: Stylish, soulful, and full of flavour. Patron is one of Kentish Town’s most charming spots — ideal for anyone craving French elegance without leaving London.
