Don't understand where the bad comments come from really. For one person this is really nice. Went there twice. Service is good, you can command on their website which is nice for timid people or tourists. The food is good, it's true though that the preparation takes quite a long time, but it's okay since the atmosphere is nice and pretty.

Been to this ramen restaurant several times over the last few years/since it has opened. Always had a pleasant experience and filling sit down meal with a warm bowl of ramen. Came here twice recently as it is closing down, which is quite sad news since its decor is lovely and reflects a Japanese modern style with anime decorations. The food is nice and rather filling. Looks like I'll be heading back to the Heddon Yokocho branch once this place closes to expand into Japan Centre. A real shame as such a lovely ramen place and so unique.

Sadly this restaurant is closing for a refurb soon. Apart from being pushed towards window seats facing outwards our twosome really enjoyed a fast dinner last night. No white wine which was weird. But red was acceptable. The ramen were delicious and came quickly. Looking forward to a new restaurant and trying again.
