I had a fantastic experience at Palm Court at The Langham. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt elegant yet welcoming — a perfect balance for enjoying a relaxed yet refined meal. The décor and lighting create a luxurious setting without being overwhelming, making it a lovely place to sit back and savor the food and drinks. The food was excellent. The smoked salmon was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The rigatoni was flavorful and cooked just right, a simple dish elevated by quality ingredients and careful preparation. I also tried the Darjeeling Second Flush tea and a chai, both of which were brewed perfectly and added a comforting, authentic touch to the meal. The desserts, including a treat like the Ferrero-inspired dessert, were indulgent and delicious, rounding off the experience wonderfully. Service was attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing. The staff made the experience seamless and enjoyable, always ready to provide recommendations or answer questions about the menu. Overall, Palm Court at The Langham offers a memorable combination of excellent food, high-quality teas, and a luxurious yet comfortable setting. It’s a spot I would happily return to for both casual and special occasions.

My wife Lynsey and I went for afternoon tea on 18th June. Totally different from the previous September. Staff all were excellent. Sandwich and scones delicious. As were the cakes. The stars of the show the custard cream and mini ice cream. Again a totally different and wonderful experience. Would return in the future.
