I’ve just ordered a coffee and realised that they had loyalty cards. I had been coming for a couple of days and I was sad I missed stamps. The manager overheard me and immediately gave me the passed stamps! This was attention to detail and care that made me smile. Loved it! These little things make your day much better! Thanks Notes team! 😊

Consider how many staff were working and how little customers were in there, the service was not great. Very slow, food came out in instalments, small portion sizes for the price. I wouldn’t recommend nor return

£4.95 for a regular latte, sit-in, is absolutely insane. I don’t think I’ve ever paid this much for a coffee anywhere in London before, and the coffee isn’t THAT good.
