This place is always packed, so you have to wait to get a seat. Food is good but the ice cream machine is not reliable.. the staff warns the customers in advance that they are not sure if it will work or not, but that's not enough.. if you have ice cream on kids menu then it needs to be available rather than having meltdowns of disappointed children..

My food sat on the counter between the kitchen and the servers for over 10 minutes, while dishes that were prepared after mine were already being served. In the end, I had to get up and collect it myself. The staff member behind the counter simply told me to go ahead and take it, without offering to bring it over.
