I haven't been to the Lewisham branch of Nandos in probably years so I thought I'd come after passing through Lewisham today. The food was alright but the chips were cold and barely any of them were on the plate, might as well get normal chips because there was barely any peri salt on there, like they were rationing for some reason. The Fino Pitta tasted like it always does so there was no fault on that. They also saw me waiting at the front for a while before getting someone to allocate me to a seat, as the sign said please wait to be seated.

The manager and the host working today are ambassadors for this branch! Really warm attentive service and consistency across other tables, as someone who works in this industry, it is always fab to come across people who breathe hospitality!

Had a great experience at Nando’s Lewisham today! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you'd expect from Nando’s — but what really made the visit stand out was the service. Akshata was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. She made sure everything was perfect with our order and checked in with a smile, which really added a personal touch to the whole meal. It’s always nice when the staff go above and beyond, and Akshata definitely did. Will definitely be coming back — thanks again!
