I visited Nando’s in Harrow Station Road with my family and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, Sai greeted us with a warm welcome and friendly conversation that gave us a really positive vibe straight away. When ordering at the till, Erica (the manager) showed excellent communication and customer service, making the process smooth and pleasant. Once we were seated upstairs, Sai, Mayur, and Nikita brought our food with a smile and went above and beyond by checking in with us several times to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. Their genuine care really stood out, especially as they made the extra effort to come upstairs each time to ensure we were looked after. The combination of great food and top tier customer service from Sai, Erica, Mayur, and Nikita made this visit a very pleasant one. I definitely recommend Nando’s Harrow on Station Road, the team there truly values their customers and delivers service at the highest standard. I was told I would receive an email from Nando’s to provide this feedback, but I never received one (I even checked my junk mail) bit disappointed. That’s why I decided to leave this review on Google, because I don’t want this great customer service and hospitality to go unnoticed.
