It was my first time at Nandos Eltham and I can say it was a pleasant experience. We were happily welcomed from a member of staff. Leonella, in fact deserves a 5* for her customer service, she was very bubbly with the kids, we felt no pressure at all to place our order, our food was served in less than 10 min and she made sure we were satisfied with it. The restaurant has a very calmly atmosphere, i just felt it was a bit cold
