Got here around 6:40, was waiting to be seated only to see people were being seated before me. I asked the person at the door and they said the person working before had crossed my name out. Was seated at a table and was told to scan the barcode to order. Placed an order and was waiting 15 minutes before having to ask a waiter where our drinks were. Service is slow. The waiters do not check back on tables. Manager on shift was prancing around ignoring messy tables. And the stations to collect cutlery and tissues were empty. Drinks on tap were watered down and syrup was not refilled.
