We have been regular customers of Mouse Tail Café at Canada Water and always enjoyed coming here on weekends for a coffee with fresh croissants. Unfortunately, today was very disappointing. The pastries we received were not fresh. We mentioned this to the staff, but instead of an apology, the girl argued with us, insisting they had been delivered fresh in the morning. We know the difference between fresh and day-old pastries. If you are selling pastries from the previous day, the price should reflect that, and customers should be informed so they can make their own choice. Very disappointing experience.
