I’ve lived in Nunhead for 13 years and seen a number of cafes come and go in this location, so I was interested in how mosey would cope. I’ve been a few times and the environment is always fine, friendly, if nothing special. The coffees and cakes seem good. However, for the price, the food and portion sizes just don’t seem to stack up. I’m happy to pay good money for good food, however it just feels like an afterthought. Perhaps the rent on this site is high, hence the prices, but I really feel like they’ve missed the point of a cafe when they charge £17 for a breakfast.
