Pros: -Decent atmosphere and decor, a couple of points let it down but could fix those issues -Steak was cooked to desired medium -Lamb shank cooked well and great flavour -Mocktails taste better than most places (not just syrups with soda) -Service is good Cons: -Steak sides are a big let down. Fries very very standard and not on par with better steak places -Ordered the creamy spinach. Zero seasoning or flavour. Seemed like they simply heated cream and mixed some spinach into it. We let them know and they took off 50% of the price of the spinach on the bill. The waitress said that is how they serve it. We make it ourselves at home and have had it at other places so we know how it should taste. It is a basic side with steak which is so easy to get right. It put me off ordering dessert, where the cooking would be more technical - You are sat really close to other tables and a particular row of tables are wobbly due to the uneven floor - At the prices being charged, they need to iron out issues like wobbly tables and old water stains on the vessels they give you water out of - Big on halal but all of their cheaper soft drinks are Coca Cola, forcing anyone boycotting to stick with tap water or to get a mocktail/cooler at £11+, which is more than 3x the price. This is disappointing to see It had the potential to be so much better.

Lovely atmosphere. The outside doesn't look all that but inside is genuinely beautiful. Underground and beautiful setting. Was served by a Salvatore who did a brilliant job accommodating and hosting us. Very friendly and welcoming. Food was brilliant, many unique and interesting things on the menu but we stuck to the steak which was lovely! One of those restaurants where you're confident anything you order will taste nice Would certainly recommend!

My wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel and saw this place on Google maps. I wanted to try the Wagyu ribeye and it did not disappoint- so tender, juicy and tasty. My wife had the Lobster Curry Noodle and she loved it. The decor in the basement is very inviting. I was thankful for the 4:30pm reservation as we hate eating late.
