Ordered a Grilled Chicken Wrap. Screen had run out of receipts , but an employee changed it and gave me a receipt with my order number. After waiting for 15 mins my order arrived. Wrong order. Someone else had the same order number. Then asked what my order was and told its on its way. Order arrives after 20 mins with fries i haven't asked for. No one has the courtesy to apologize. When i get outside the wrap is crispy, and i had ordered grilled. I appreciate that McDonald's staff have an expectation of behaviour from customers,but surely customers are entitled to a reciprocal behaviour from staff. Chuck in some unwanted fries, and no word of apology is unacceptable.
