I went to grab a mayo chicken burger today 13/8/25 in the morning around 11.45am. Waited for around 15 mins, even though it said collect in the screen my number did not get called. When i approached the manager (white chubby lady) she said its not ready even without looking at the receipt. I had to leave empty handed without my food. This is really bad customer service even from the manager cannot expect the store to be any good when the manager is like that. Very slow and rude management disgusting
