First time at Master Dough and the 💚 Jade Prawn Dumplings blew me away! Huge size, packed with fresh prawn, and a perfectly chewy, translucent wrapper. Great value too – it’s rare to find such authentic handmade Chinese dim sum in London for around £15–20 per person. 第一次来Master Dough，被💚翡翠大虾饺惊艳到了！个头大、全是虾仁，口感Q弹鲜甜，外皮晶莹剔透。价格也很实惠，伦敦人均十几镑能吃到这么地道的中式面点太难得了！

Clean and bright environment with friendly service. Highly recommend the Braised Beef Noodles and Jade Prawn Dumplings – generous portions and authentic flavour. Love the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs handmaking noodles and dumplings – so satisfying! 环境干净明亮，服务很热情。推荐红烧牛肉面和翡翠大虾饺，分量足、味道正宗。厨房是开放式的，看着师傅现场擀面、包饺子特别治愈～

Food is all good overall and I really like the free sour plum juice. One recommendation would be change the material for the cutlery and maybe the table as well. It feels a bit sticky and I noticed red oil marks on the cutlery, that plastic material seems not easy to get well washed.
