Wir hatten das Virgin Hotel in London gebucht, die Roof-Top Bar betreibt ein anderes Unternehmen. Der Service (bis auf eine Ausnahme) war sehr bescheiden. Wenn nicht im Hotelpreis inklusive, würde ich das nicht dazu buchen. Es gibt tolle Frühstückslokale in der Ecke mit deutlich besserem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Had some drinks and snacks here. Food is too expensive and not that tasty. The view is not much to rave about if you have been to NYC like rooftops. What was annoying was that the service staff was rushing us through and constantly asking if we were finished eating, and twice asked us if we want our bill. There was no crowd so not sure why the rush..

Kelvin delivered outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a level of professionalism and class of the highest order. Kudos to this gentleman. I'll be surprised if he's not been promoted to general manager soon.
