So good and super filling! Wasn’t expecting much at first, but wow this fried rice was seriously tasty. Big portions, packed with flavour, and full of good stuff like mushrooms, bean sprouts, eggs, and chunky bits of meat. Everything was cooked just right not too oily, and the veggies still had that nice crunch. It honestly felt like comfort food but with a bit of a kick. Super satisfying and definitely hit the spot. Plus, sharing it straight from the pan made it feel extra cosy and chill. Paired it with a cold Diet Coke and it was chef’s kiss. Would 100% eat this again. Simple, hearty, and totally worth it.
