Excellent seafood bar with plentiful options in both snacks, starters, and mains. Dressed oysters are sweet and delicious and large. House bread was superb, fluffy sourdough, with wonderful creamy salted butter. Monkfish was delicious, umami, savoury, sweet, and earthy, flesh was tender (almost lobster like) and immensely meaty, served on the bone. Mine was the day boat fish (hake on this night), pan fried, and served on a courgette basil purée with garden peas and greens. It was delicate, impossibly moist, and orgasmic, went fantastically with the smoked potato side. All in all a 5* meal - easy to see why it’s on the Michelin guide for best London seafood restaurants.
