I had an outstanding dining experience at Luciano by Gino D’Acampo. The prosciutto with melon was fresh, perfectly sliced, and beautifully presented – a great way to start the meal. But the true highlight was the lobster pasta. After more than 40 years in the hospitality industry, I can confidently say this dish is a game changer. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the lobster was sweet and succulent, and the sauce was so well-balanced that I found myself savoring every last drop. This is the kind of dish that stays with you – exceptional execution, depth of flavour, and a true celebration of Italian cuisine.
