I’ve been a regular at Lombok Thai for over three years, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and excellent value for money. The restaurant is always spotless, and the service is quick, friendly, and professional. They offer plenty of gluten-free options, and the staff are genuinely knowledgeable and vigilant when it comes to food intolerances and allergies - which gives me peace of mind every time I dine here. You really can’t go past the Pad Thai - a classic done right. The sea bass is beautifully light and fragrant, and the Tom Kha is out of this world - rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced.
