Very good for a park cafe. Lots of choice for food and the flat white coffee is good. Quiet most of the time but can get busy during school holidays.

After checking reviews it seems the situation regarding toilets has yet to improve after a year. Toilets are in a terrible state. Left completely unchecked for a day and a half. I was at the park on Saturday May 10th and as you can see from the pictures the toilets weren't checked the whole of Friday afternoon or the Saturday until 1530 when I took this picture. The council needs to take joint responsibility for this issue, alongside the company that has the cafe. Clearly the issue hasn't improved. It's really shameful that the council has spent so much money on the playground but hasn't bothered to prioritise the toilet facilities despite the increased number of park users the larger scale playground will bring. Generally the food is ok. There needs to be some healthier options for kids available snack wise. There are child seats available but staff don't take the time to clean them. The last time my mother in law took my little one there, she was given a cloth and spray to clean the seat herself when she asked for the high chair to be cleaned for use. Its time for the council to reconsider the tender and manage the situation better
