Alex is just the most warm, and welcoming host I have ever had. I went to pick up a too good to go - the app that allows you to take home leftover food - and he invited me to sit down! I had a half an hour chat with him and his wife, and they took a real interest in just getting to know me, and making me feel comfortable. They went above and beyond service-wise, and I can't recommend more to anyone to go and try their food: it was exquisite! Thank you for a lovely experience, Alex!

I loved our meal at Laza, some of the best Kitfo we have ever had. Excellent potatoes too! The waitress was very friendly!

A real hidden gem of East London. Delicious food, and even though we got our food to take away, the decor was beautiful. Whether this is your first time or tenth time trying Eritrean or Ethiopian food, you won’t regret coming here. Good tunes too!
