We had a lovely high tea experience at Lanes of London. The food and desserts were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our waiter, Vivian, was attentive, friendly, and gave excellent tea recommendations, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My mom had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday here, and it truly felt special. Highly recommend for a memorable afternoon tea!

Excellent service and wonderful afternoon tea. Planned it for my daughter’s birthday and she loved it. All servers were extremely attentive and even brought out a small slice of cake for her in addition to the tea to celebrate her birthday. Would highly recommend.

We went for afternoon tea. The service was thoughtful and friendly and the tea served was very good. The presentation of the sweet and savory dishes was beautiful. However, the taste was disappointing. Some of the savory dishes were fine, but all of the desserts lacked flavour and tasted bland or just sweet. Every cake needed more texture, crunch, something sour or salty, a deep chocolate flavor, an intense fruit... Such a shame, as you can tell they put so much time into the presentation!
