Nice little place with friendly staff. The macarons were delicious and had plenty of choice. However we weren't made aware that having them in a box would cost an extra £6, would have been good to be told the price when we asked if they do a box.

Ladurée in Covent Garden is absolutely stunning — the decor is elegant and refined, making it a beautiful spot to enjoy a treat. Their French macarons live up to the hype: delicate, flavourful, and beautifully presented. It’s perfect for a special occasion or to experience a touch of Paris in London. However, the service was very poor during my visit. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which really took away from the otherwise upscale experience. For the premium pricing, you’d expect a much better level of hospitality. Great place for the desserts, but definitely room for improvement on the customer service side.
