Came here today the crepes were really good and the guy who served us was polite and kind. But the older man at the register completely ruined the experience with his arrogant attitude. Customer service in the UK is already going downhill, and people like him only make it worse. If you choose to work with the public, basic respect and humility are the least that should be expected. Good food will bring customers in once, but arrogance and bad manners will drive them away for good. And as for the so-called “service charge” don’t bother paying it. What service? Walking two steps from the counter to the table? It’s a joke.
