This ranks as one of the best meals I've eaten. An unassuming little place, off the beaten track, serving steaks cooked exactly as the customer requests. The service was fantastic, with advice given on best cuts of meat for particular tastes. Food and drinks were brought to the table quickly and in perfect condition. The beef dripping chips were absolutely amazing, crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Never had better! It's a good place for an intimate meal or for a small group. It's not a huge place so make sure you have a reservation. I hope we can get to go back soon!

Firstly I'll say the staff were lovely and attentive, and it's a lovely restaurant, I would like to give it another go. However, we went for a Sunday roast and all of us were quite underwhelmed compared to what we expected. The meat was good but everything else felt below what you'd expect to have at home unfortunately, the potatoes and gravy in particular disappointed
