This restaurant has slowly degraded over the years . We returned after their recent makeover and were disappointed with the service . The cafe wasn’t busy when we arrived around lunchtime so we took a seat quickly. The service wasn’t great as we asked for a jug of tap water 4 times before the waitress finally arrived with one glass for 4 people . Our food arrived quickly however the halloumi was undercooked , the 2 poached eggs arrived 15 minutes apart and were raw and the fish fingers for my daughter were rubbery . Having visited this cafe a few times the service was poor . Very strange Matcha powder ! Not very impressed

Long time fans of Kiva's brunch food, we went to one of its first evening dinner services after the refurb and the food and vibes were great.
