I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff member named Hira was not welcoming at all – his attitude made it clear he simply couldn’t be bothered. When I asked about doing a simple swap with my order, he refused outright, not because it wasn’t possible, but because he just didn’t want to help. On top of that, the toilet facilities were in a terrible state – dirty, badly kept, and with a strong unpleasant smell. It made the whole visit feel even worse. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this branch. Poor customer service and unhygienic facilities are not what you expect from KFC, and I will not be coming back.
