The Self-Service Machine. Didn't give printed recipe. I have 5 meals ordered which was packed in one paper bag and one I just grab it from the handed of employee the paper bag tear off and all my orders drip on ground. The employee didnt say any sorry or help taking off the drop off food individual orders. he rather insisted that its my mistake. My son suddenly collected all the food packets. One of the ordered in 5 ( Chicken popcorn chicken 60 pices) scatted on floor. No help from the crew. Not even sorry. I think the crew seems to be in excessive pressure from a very management. I see a clear need of proper tanning. The paper bags cannot handle more then 2 Orders in a bag. So More paper bags are required. Also Consider stronger plastic bags. which were in use before.
