The food was amazing but that’s the only good I could say to be honest. First time going to KFC and unfortunately as all the workers barely understood English they couldn’t answer any of my questions and seemed annoyed I wasn’t just ordering immediately without asking about the options. The atmosphere was bleak and seemed like they didn’t want people in there or to be serving them. Would recommend going to a different KFC unless you know exactly what you wanna order and don’t wanna make a change. 3 guys couldn’t understand that I was asking if I could change 2 fries in my deal to a single gravy they kept trying to add an additional separate 2 fries or a separate gravy, I understand the standard workers struggling but I would expect at least the manager to be fluent in English. Had to have an Indian customer intervene and translate on my behalf. Food was really good though and the fries were amazing will deffo be ordering more fries on the side when I go to a different KFC in the future.
