I’m really disappointed with my experience at KFC today. My mother ordered two chicken wraps, specifically asking for them to be plain with just a cheese slice. The server even confirmed with the chef twice to ensure the order would be exactly as requested. Unfortunately, when my mother got home and opened the wraps, they were covered in fiery sauce, which is exactly what we asked not to have. Not only was this a huge inconvenience, but my mother had to walk all the way back to the store to get the issue corrected. It’s frustrating when something as simple as getting an order right becomes such a hassle. It really makes me question the level of attention and care put into customer service. Definitely disappointed with this visit.
